WIND Mobile – IT Dashboard

WIND Mobile is a Canadian wireless telecommunication provider operated by Globalive Communications. They operate mainly in the Southern Ontario region with additional coverage in some parts of Western Canada.

The IT Dashboard project was implemented because the IT Executive team wanted more insight into the overall IT processes. The dashboard includes information from billing execution times, billing KPI’s, Activations by channel, rating information etc…

Project Responsibilities

Created wireframes for intuitive usability for C-level executives and senior management

Lead requirements gathering sessions with senior management group

Analyzed data to surface relevant and important information for senior management

Normalized imported data for optimal rendering. Systems include
