I am a Toronto-based customer experience and digital leader with more than 15 years of experience moving complex programs from strategy through implementation.
My work sits between the boardroom and the delivery room. I help leaders turn an experience ambition into a practical portfolio of products, services, operating changes, and measures—then work with cross-functional teams to deliver it.
That perspective has been shaped across luxury hospitality, utilities, telecommunications, and consulting. The contexts vary, but the core challenge is consistent: connect customer needs, commercial priorities, frontline realities, and technology without losing the thread between them.
I am most useful when the problem is important, cross-functional, and not yet neatly defined. I bring structure to the ambiguity, make decisions legible, and help teams move from isolated initiatives toward a coherent experience system.
I hold an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo.
