Sym-tech specializes in serving dedicated Finance and Insurance specialists in the automotive industry. They support dealers by providing industry-leading training programs, reliable protection products, F&I software and on-going support.

This project involved implementing a new corporate intranet, creating a new taxonomy that would support the business need as well as creating collaboration sites different business units could use to work efficiently. The project also involved automatic some business processes through workflows as well as unifying the look and feel with the corporate website.

The chosen technology was Office 365 as in parallel their unified communication strategy was implemented in Office 365.
