The Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) is an agency of the Government of Ontario. They are the largest granting foundations in Canada. They fund over 1000 projects a year to build healthy and vibrant Ontario communities.

OTF was looking to create a new centralized discussion forum for it’s members. The site would be localized to English and French and allow for both anonymous and logged in members to collaborate.
