Executive summary
The Ontario Trillium Foundation created a central knowledge and discussion space for its community, designed to support both public visibility and authenticated member participation in English and French.
My role
I facilitated discovery and requirements, defined the information architecture and taxonomy, developed the localized experience, and supported discussion-board and identity-management integrations.
Approach
- Designed bilingual English and French experiences.
- Made discussions readable publicly while enabling members to contribute.
- Added sharing capabilities so useful discussions could travel through social channels.
- Integrated Bamboo Discussion Board Plus and ExCM identity management.
Outcome
The Knowledge Centre gave the foundation a more accessible, structured way for members to find and exchange knowledge.
