Mackenzie Health needed a clearer way to track employee, department, and corporate performance measures. The dashboard combined scorecards, reporting, alerts, and workflow into one management experience.
My role
I facilitated discovery and requirements sessions, designed the user experience, and mapped the business processes that supported the dashboard.
Approach
- Created employee and department scorecards alongside corporate KPI tracking.
- Added alerts to support timely monthly data entry.
- Designed workflows for dashboard creation and monthly review.
- Made management reporting easier to access and interpret.
