Executive summary

Iridium’s Government Programs group needed a secure, compliant collaboration environment. The program established an Office 365 Government Cloud workplace along with the governance and operational support needed to sustain it.

My role

I led feature and requirements discovery, defined scope and timelines, managed development and migration workstreams, and helped operationalize ongoing support for the tenant.

Approach

  • Designed a secure repository aligned with NIST 800-171 requirements.
  • Defined governance, compliance-auditing, and content-migration plans.
  • Automated site and user-access requests.
  • Supported bulk loading for project-specific folder requirements.
  • Connected implementation decisions to the future support model.

Outcome

The program delivered a more secure and supportable environment for government-program collaboration, with governance and automation designed into the service from the start.
