Hydro One is Canada’s largest electricity transmission and distribution service provider. They transmit and distribute electricity across Ontario.

Hydro One was looking to redesign their public facing website and self service portal. The website experience was designed with a customer first approach, the user experience design was created with a mobile first approach.
