Business context

Residential teams needed a consistent, scalable way to collect resident feedback, compare insights across the portfolio, and turn those signals into operational improvement.

Indicator of value

The program established survey, reporting, governance, and multilingual operational foundations for resident feedback management.

Executive summary

Resident Satisfaction introduced a systematic, portfolio-wide approach to understanding and improving the residential experience.

The opportunity

Meaningful resident feedback required more than a survey. The program needed clear governance, useful reporting, multilingual assets, and processes that property teams could adopt consistently.

My role

I co-led the creation of the program, including the survey strategy, governance model, dashboard and reporting requirements, and operational enablement.

Approach and strategic decisions

  • Built the measurement program around a consistent resident experience model.
  • Defined reporting requirements that could support both local action and portfolio-level insight.
  • Created multilingual survey assets and supporting processes for operational teams.
  • Treated adoption and governance as core parts of the product, rather than post-launch considerations.

Outcome

The work established a durable feedback and reporting capability for residential teams across the Four Seasons portfolio.

What the work reinforced

Experience measurement has impact only when the people closest to the customer can understand it, trust it, and act on it.
