    • Localization feature activated for regions that require multi-language support
  • Dynamic contact us page that automatically routes customer messages to the correct department
  • Support for easy maintenance of pricing changes for each region as well as handling for promo code support

  • Created storyboards for website useability
  • Facilitated all requirement sessions with the stakeholders
  • Gathered requirements for website features
  • Defined an authoring process to support content updates on the website
  • Consolidated requirements into a requirements document used by developers to build the website
  • Wrote the style guide used for all web elements, based off of the print brand guidelines
