Direct Energy is one of the largest retail providers of electricity and natural gas in North America. They also provide home services for the home consumer. In Texas, Direct Energy also operates two sister brands WTU Retail Energy and CPL Retail Energy.

Direct Energy spent millions of dollars a year managing the content on their corporate website and looked to Navantis to help them upgrade their website. This project was a complete refresh of the brand and underlying system. The new website was built in SharePoint 2010 and was built to support the many regions Direct Energy operated in as well as supporting their complex pricing models. The content being consumed by the customer was targeted to the region the customer was coming from (eg, price, commodities available and home services available as well as regulatory requirements).

The current website is available at www.directenergy.com.
